职位描述：
岗位职责:

● Coordinate and support the development, maintenance and monitoring of all preclinical projects plans, schedules/timelines, budgets, quality control, communications
● Work directly with project team leaders and team members to integrate resources needed such as FTEs, identify project risks and help resolve project issues
● Ensure routine reporting to VP and make sure the projects’ targets to be achieved as agreed
● Contribute to optimize internal process standard to improve R&D productivity, develop and apply internal SOPs of project management
● Plan and provide appropriate training as needed
● Organize team meetings and department meetings

任职资格:

● Ph.D. in pharmaceutical science, life science or related field required. At least 6 years of preclinical operation experience with broad knowledge of drug development process
● Ability to lead and inspire team members.
● Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills with cross-functional teams internally and externally under a changing environment
● Competency on good decision making, influencing，execution and excellent risk management skill.
