职位描述
1 Performs the implementation, installation, and operation of information and functional systems for the organization.
2 Implements and monitors management information systems policies and controls to ensure data accuracy, security, and legal and regulatory compliance.
3 Provides support to end users in the selection, procurement, usage, and maintenance of software programs and hardware following the company standards.
4 Manages computer operation scheduling, backup, storage, and retrieval functions.
5 Develops SAP knowledge and supports users to achieve the best results using the system.
6 Responsible for the normal operation of emergency application as (JIT Emergency Systems)
7 Reviews reports of computer and peripheral equipment production, malfunction, and maintenance to determine costs and impact, and address problems.
8 Maintains and tests disaster recovery plans.
9 Runs IT projects in SAP and IT infrastructure are. Is able to coordinate internal resources and external supplier
Requirements:

2 Oral Communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; Listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions; Demonstrates group presentation skills; reports on a regular bases frequently to his manager.
3 Written Communication - Writes clearly and informatively; Edits work for spelling and grammar; Varies writing style to meet needs; Presents numerical data effectively; Able to read and interpret written information.
4 Adaptability - Adapts to changes in the work environment; Manages competing demands; Changes approach or method to best fit the situation; Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
5 Dependability - Follows instructions, responds to management direction; Takes responsibility for own actions; Keeps commitments; Commits to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals.; Completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan.
