Key Skills
- Strong business analysis skills and business understanding
- Good written and spoken English communication skills
- Good self organisation and work management skills
- Good self-motivation and proactive in work execution
- Strong knowledge in at least 1 of the following SAP CRM modules
- Marketing / Campaign Execution
- Interaction Centre
- Preferable to have worked with Hybris Marketing (Audience Discovery and Targetting)
- Preferable to have been on at least one implementation and covered all aspects of the project lifecycle.
- Experience dealing with interfaces inbound/outbound - IDocs and/or flat files.
- Working knowledge of ABAP and understanding of BADIs / BAPIS and user exits.
- Preferable to have previous experience working within a offshore IT competency center / remote team
- Understanding of the importance of and ability to effectively communicate within the IT group and with the business


CRM Consultant

Key Skills

- Desirable to have worked in a HANA environment using HANA Studio
- Desirable to have worked in a IS-Retail environment ECC 6.0
- Preferable to have been on at least two to three implementation and covered all aspects of the project lifecycle.
- Experience dealing with interfaces inbound/outbound - IDocs and/or flat files.
- Working knowledge of ABAP and understanding of BADIs / BAPIS and user exits.
- Preferable to have previous experience working within a offshore IT competency center / remote team
- Understanding of the importance of and ability to effectively communicate within the IT group and with the business


2 – Hiring manager’s points from looking at CVs

- Candidates where they mention specifically working in the modules marketing / campaign execution will be most sought after as this is the skill that is necessary for the senior and not 100% necessary for junior but highly desirable.

- We think that it will be difficult to find Hybris marketing (also known as SAP CEI) or CRM on HANA experience, if anyone possess these skills they should be most probably at the top of the list as their skill set is what we are ultimately looking and working in these areas shows that they possess most of the other skills needed as well (since the work is interlinked)
