职位描述：
The position takes a key role in the Financial Reporting and Tax Functions to proactively provide high quality Tax and accounting services in terms of effective financial policies and procedures, proper execution and implementation of risk management processes, tax forecast and management, lead tax projects to drive tax compliance and provide leadership in offering tax guidance on various tax initiatives so as to support business growth.
Tax Service
1. Provide leadership to monitor routine tax related matters, including reviewing of Monthly tax filing and statutory report, Quarterly Tax package and oncesource update and Annual tax filing and annual inspection.
2. Dealing with regulatory bodies (e.g. Commercial Bureau / Financial Bureau / Customs / Tax Bureaus/Bureau of Statistic, etc.) and HQ Tax Team on Tax related matters.
3. Build up tax expertise and provide professional tax guidance on various business initiative
Tax Projects
1. Build up solid tax process and procedures for China legal entities
2. Lead tax projects to drive tax compliance for both direct and indirect tax
3. Lead tax planning projects to seek tax saving opportunities for business
Accounting & Reporting
1. Lead the tax accounting task for month end closing
2. Other ad hoc accounting and reporting tasks
Education: This position requires at minimum a university degree in Accounting and Finance related area.
Experience: Minimum 5 years working experiences with relevant Tax / Accounting function in a sizable organization is required, and with solid achievement / performance in the capacity of key accounting / financial positions.
Knowledgeable in relevant China legal, Forex control, Tax regulations and practices, plus financial systems development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are needed for to develop high trust and collaboration with other parties.
Strong problem solving, execution, analytical and presentation skills; and the ability to think and act strategically and independently.
