职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for coaching and managing a group of Supervisors, Team Leaders and agents, ensuring smooth day-to-day operation, and coordinating with client's and management as needed;
2. Has a passion in performance and quality excellence achieved through down-to-earth floor management, mentoring and coaching of agents and Team Supervisors;
3. Take measures to improve and ensure the team performance;
4. Reach project KPIs through outstanding management practice and techniques;
5. Design work orders or process improvement; team building programs; revising of SOPs; initiates staff trainings and incentive drives for the team;
6. Control service operation management, cost efficiency and quality control;
7. The successful candidate will handle no less than 100 people。
Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field;
2. Solid background and proven track records in leading a service operation is a must. 5+ years of working experience, preferably in a contact centre environment with focus in customer service or EC support experience;
3. Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
4. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English;
5. With good leadership quality and has effective management skills;
6. Self starter and capable to cope with the multiplicity of tasks;
7. Keen on details; should have mastery on manpower relations, KPIs, presentation and projections;
8. Be able to work independently and under pressure。
