Major Responsibilities/Activities:
The position is responsible for coordinating set up internal audit, development and implementation of the audit report, and ensure the compliance with related regulatory in quality/manufacturing.



CAPA (Corrective Action/Preventive Action) Management

Coordinate GQMS system in compliance with Corporate/Divisional requirement.

Coordinate the reporting on any exception, non conformity and lab investigation to GQMS on time.

Coordinate/support the root cause investigation to any exception/non-conformity and ensure the CAPA completed on time.

Support QA manager to summarize AMR (Abbreviated Management Review) Metrics report and prepare for AMR meeting as well as giving prompt update on CAPA status.

Maintain and keep continuous improvement to the quality and food safety management system as well as CAPA procedures.



Supplier Management

Develop and/or review new or modified site supplier management procedures, assure conformance to division policies and procedures.

Maintain and keep continuous improvement to site supplier management process.

Set up annual supplier audit plan, organize and lead the audit against agreed plan.

Support site TPW improvement case.

Compliance

Support to set up annual internal audit plan, support the internal audit against agreed plan.

Promote self-assessment and compliance through the plant site regarding quality

Support the preparation for AQR/AN audit readiness and the AQR/AN audit to ensure the successful audit

Support to set up action plans to quality compliance observations, and ensure action plans implemented effectively



EHS

Follow all EHS rules and procedures for QA department.

Report any EHS incidents and/or Near Misses (unsafe acts and conditions) promptly to supervision.

Attend all required training and medical surveillance programs.

Wear all PPE as required.

Forward any opportunities to improve the EHS program to supervision.



Training

Execute GQMS, related CAPA and complaint training to plant staff.

Give other trainings related with CAPA and supplier management to plant site on demand.



Others

Support supervision to control the expense within the budget of QA department.

Willing to take extra tasks/works assigned to him/her by supervision.



REQUIREMENTS:
Industry experiences:

Extensive experience in Food, Nutritional or Pharmaceutical manufacture, quality control is preferred.



Position experiences:



? Similar position in quality system with work experience 3 years or above.

? Work knowledge and experience of organizing corrective/preventive action, complaint handling

? Working knowledge and experience of regulations & standards for compliance.

? Familiar with ISO 9001, IS0 22000 and HACCP is preferred.



Language Skills:

Good command of spoken & written English



Computer Skills:

Good systems capabilities and experience with MS office tools
