职位描述：
岗位职责：

1.Provide professional analysis for defect of torch with standard and professional report.
2.Assist PE to set up stable and flexible manufacturing process to reach specified process CPK in our company.
3.Trouble shooting for manufacturing issue.
4.Work together with RD engineer to do DFMEA and PFMEA, especially focus on Electric circuit.
5.Provide the Electronic technique support for the fixture or tool design.
6.FCT system design, implementation, maintenance and abnormality handing.
7.Follow ECR implementation. Assist PE to develop new process and finalize.
8.Take lead to analyze the root cause of the CFC/ORT/Daily on line defect with QA tool like 8D or 5why etc. Report out with standard documentation.
9.Provide technical guidance and reworking SOP for defect products rework.
10PCBA design evaluation, NG parts analysis and improvement.

任职资格：
1.Major in Electronics design, University degree or above.
2.6+ years of electronic design and analysis experience.
3.Strong knowledge of circuit, be proficient in using the software, such as CAD,PROTEL, etc.
4.Familiar with C / C++ required or MCU,PLC etc.
5.Good capability to orderly handle production abnormality orderly in a very fast and high pressure environment.
