Position Description:
1.Represent Service Delivery on new and sustaining service products. Provide customers needs into the services offering, provide segment support capability and feedback into service strategy
2. Lead the cross functional teams that ensures readiness of service costing, Channel, technique, parts, training, Legal, Finance etc...
3.Develop and implement Operations process to ensure successful services smoothly launch in accordance with the defined life cycle
4.Audit and monitor on service delivery process, and regularly review and report on new services delivery quality
5.Building-up team relationships with all cross-functional services for driving successful projects completion

Position Requirements:
