岗位职责：
This job is in charge of adapting the global strategy with Chinese nuances. This will be a fulltime position.
a.Write and execute against the campaign assets
b.Update i-Say website content as needed (contest rules, winners, etc.)
c.Update / develop notifications (M4, M5) and survey invitations (Esender)
d.Post social media / blog content
e.Track results of social media / campaign activity
f.Monitor social media comments / posts / messages from members
g.Assist with new initiatives driven by business (i.e. Dynamic profiling, etc.)
工作目标：遵照益普索全球标准商务模式开展本地化推广与实施
1.编写和执行网站推广（比赛，抽奖）活动
2.更新i-Say网站内容（比赛规则，获奖者等）
3.更新/开发通知(M4, M5)和调查邀请
4.发布社交媒体/博客内容
5.追踪社交媒体/推广活动的结果
6.监测会员发布的社交媒体评价/跟帖/信息
7.协助推进新的业务板块 （例如动态背景资料）
任职要求：
a.2-3 years of public relations experience with strong social media skills
b.Enjoys working closely with others, respectful of other perspectives
c.Knowledgeable of PC systems: Email, Internet, MS Word, and Social Media sites
d.Has strong analytical skills to maintain monthly trend reports
e.Has strong organization and planning skills
f.Is able to create processes and documentation around campaigns
g.Is able to work in a fast-paced, team environment
h.Possesses passion, energy, and enthusiasm to drive results
i.Understands company goals, marketing performance goals, and strives for excellence
j.College diploma / BA degree in public relations, English and/or communications
k.Is proficient in English
