职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. To manage the group of real time repair operators at the assembly workshop
2. Provide the training, coaching and skills certifications to repair operators
3. Complete the repair operation within the same shift of the rejects
4. Be able to help the team to identify all those potential process/design risk/issues we may have based on the findings obtained through the failure analysis
5. Perform failure analysis of LEDLENSER products, like; Torches, PCBA’s, LED systems, by utilizing the basic quality tools, like: Ishikawa diagram, Brainstorming, Check List, and the related technical information, like; 3D and 2D drawings
6. Perform failure analysis from system level down to the component level, considering calibration of equipment, spare parts management.
7. Work in coordination with Engineering, R&D and Quality engineers, to provide effective Corrective and Preventive actions to solve the problems.
8. Drive related functions to optimize the process/system for prevention, i.e. document all those findings properly, and turn them into the DFMEA/PFMEA/Control Plan/SOP/SIP/Check List for standardization
9. As needed, develop testing/experiment platforms and deliver testing reports
10. If required, do the Field failure analysis via on site customer visits
11. Support continuous improvement in FA process.
12. Issue FA work instructions
13. Write clear and complete daily, weekly and Monthly FA Reports for continuous improvement and management awareness.

任职要求：
1. Knowledge of materials testing, reliability
2. Familiar with international testing standards like; ASTM
3. Knowledge of corrosion principals, corrosion test methods and various analytical instruments.
4. Knowledge of mechanical properties and testing.
5. Specifying correct materials of construction for new equipment as well as replacement/spare parts through review/approval of process design specifications.
6. Knowledge of failure mechanisms and fracture mechanics.
7. Familiar with manufacturing processes like; Plastic molding, Die casting, Aluminum CNC, Anodizing, Surface finishing; Zinc, Ni, Gold plating
