职位描述：
职位要求:
1、机械制造，电气类相关；
2、熟悉机械原理，电路知识和控制理论，熟悉各种电路元器件的功能、结构和原理；
3、3年以上非标设备现场安装、调试、维护工作经验；
4、熟练运用mini-tab软件对工程数据进行分析，能够了解并组织部门质量体系的有效运行；
5、熟练使用3D绘图软件（以Solidworks为主）；
6、能运用工控自动化设备（PLC、触摸屏、伺服、工控机),了解电动，气动等执行机构以及电机及变频器；
7、具备工程统计分析，6 sigama,FA等数据分析能力；
8、熟悉3D工程制图、CAD绘图、质量与成本控制基本技能。

工作职责：
1.负责生产线设备维护，故障处理与设备工装夹具改善
2.参与产品失效时，对应的设备原因分析与改进措施 3.负责新设备开发技术方案拟定
4.负责与工艺工程部，品质保证部等协调沟通解决现场问题

有锂离子电池厂线工作经验/熟悉超声波焊接/激光焊接者优先。
