职位描述：
1.严格执行药品采购程序，从合法的供货单位购进合法且质量可靠的药品；
2.按规定进行首营企业、首营品种的申报，及时收集首营企业、首营品种的资质文件；
3.与供货单位签订购销合同时应明确质量条款，首营申报时与供货单位签订注明有效期限的质量保证协议；
4.配合做好供货单位的质量管理体系调查工作，掌握经营品种的质量动态，积极向质量管理部反馈信息，配合做好供货单位资质和药品质量状况的动态管理；
5.购进药品有合法票据，及时做好采购记录，并做到票、账、货相符，药品采购记录应按规定保存；
6.及时与供货单位联系制定采购订单或调整采购订单，在计算机系统中录入采购订单，保证到货药品在规定时间内验收入库；
7.负责药品的退、换货工作；
8.分析销售情况，合理调整库存，优化药品结构；
9.会同质量管理部、销售部、储运部等部门对药品采购的整体情况进行综合质量评审；

任职要求：
1.大专以上学历，药学相关专业；
