Position Description:
Responsible for routinely running quality team, setting up proper quality management systems, leading team monitoring production processes in foundries, controlling quality of the output products, solving issues on product quality and improving quality levels. Candidates are supposed to:
1. Manage quality team, work out plans for team members and provide necessary coach and conduction for team.
2. Based on product features, establish quality standards and set up quality management system.
3. Guide team members to work out quality control plans for OEM suppliers and implement it to help improving quality level.
4. Deal with quality issue from customers，help to improve customer satisfaction.
5. Properly treat and handle issues with high importance or emergencies.
6. Cooperate with design and engineering teams to optimize the design and manufacturing, identify quality risks in advance and develop preventing actions, help to improve the product quality.

岗位职责：
负责管理质量团队，建立质量管理体系。带领团队监控代工厂生产过程，控制成品出货质量，解决相关质量问题，提高质量水平：
1.管理质量团队，为团队制定工作计划，为团队成员提供必要的指导和培训。
2.制定产品质量标准，制定质量管理体系。
3.带领团队成员为代工厂制定质量控制计划并实施，帮助代工厂提升质量水平。
4.处理客户反馈的所有质量问题，保证客户满意。
5.处理重要或突发质量问题。
6.配合设计和工程团队改进设计和制造工艺，提前识别质量风险，制定预防改善措施，提高产品质量。


Position Requirements:
Position Requirements: 1. Experience in FPC, COF and related products manufacturing and quality management experiences is required.
2. Bachelor degree or above. Majored in quality, technology, materials or related.
3. More than 8 years of quality management working experiences at large-scale manufacturing enterprises, more than 5 years of quality team management experiences.
4. Be well familiar with quality management systems and different types of quality management tools.
5. Be capable of working under the pressure and independently, willing long-term travels.
6. Be fluent in English, both speaking and writing. Capable of communicating with foreign colleagues barrier free and drafting analysis reports in English (Powerpoint and Excel, JMP or Minitab experience required).

1. 有FPC，COF等产品生产制造和质量管理经验。
2. 大学本科及以上学历，质量,工艺或材料等相关专业。
3. 8年以上大型制造企业质量管理工作经验, 5年以上质量管队管理经验。
4. 熟悉质量管理体系，数量使用各类质量管理工具。
5 .能够承受压力，善于独立工作，能够长时间出差。
6. 英语听说读写流利，能够与外国同事无障碍口语沟通，能够书写英文分析报告。能够熟练使用Powerpoint and Excel, JMP or Minitab。
