Position Description:
A position to maintain worldwide Transfer Pricing relevant matters on a daily basis.
- Owe & supervise the TP process, involving annual PRC TP form review, PRC and AP countries TPD documentation review, global intercompany charges’ (ICAs) review, etc.
- Act systematically for all operations related to transfer pricing, including but not limited to intercompany legal agreement management for cross-border/domestic inter-company legal entity charges, uplift calculation from principle entities to marketing country entities.
- Provide support to the lead managers to ensure effective and timely input to business initiatives and projects
- Responsible for supporting and/or managing the tax relationship with a number of teams including all aspects of support on tax audits, transfer pricing, licensing and supply chain issues
- Work closely with other members of the tax team on supporting, planning and/or managing routine transfer pricing work as appropriate
- Closely monitor the rules and regulation updates related to transfer pricing, act proactively to manage and address any risks associated.

Position Requirements:
University degree in economics, finance or engineering and/or MBA
Strong TP technical knowledge, familiar with I/T industry, with combination of manufacturing & Services business.
Relevant experience in a professional firm and experience and understanding of TP principles, which would be a preference and above 3+ years tax experiences is preferred in MNC
Familiar with MNC management structure, understands the basic rules on communication, and work collaborate within a complex organization to drive the common tasks.
Analytical, strategic mindset with strong numerical skills
Ability to work and perform under pressure with tight deadlines
Good presentation skills
Strong skills in Chinese and English
Good MS office skills, especially MS Excel
