工作内容：
1.工程进度管控:组织安排店铺施工，施工工期确认与施工进度跟踪，按时下达采购订单，保证店铺按时按质验收交接。
Store decoration progress follow up: organize and manage decoration,place orders , ensure store better quality and finished timely.
2.工程费用控制:工程价格核算与谈判，完成店铺预结算费用的审核与递签。
Expense control : decoration price audit and negotiate ,finish store expense audit and hand over to approve timely.
3.工程流程执行与改善:按照工程操作流程执行日常事务，调整优化工程操作流程，提高服务品质。
Execute and improve process ,improve service quality.
4.工程厂商管控:强化厂商管理，加强对厂商队伍施工组织、施工品质管控。
Enhance the management of decoration supplier to improve the decoration quality
5.店铺工程资料的整理归档。
Store documents filing after QC.

职位要求：
1.具备一定的装修装潢基础专业知识和熟练操作使用AUTOCAD 等办公软件，具有连锁店铺装修管理经验者优先。
Have store decoration experience and decoration technology ,be skilled of using AUTOCAD ,office software.
2.良好的团队合作精神，较强的组织协调能力。
Good team work, strong communication and organization skills
