职责：
1、负责所有电子件物料的质量，测量和监控进料质量，协助供应商进行质量改进；
Responsible for all electrical components quality. Monitor incoming quality performance and support supplier quality improvement.

2、制定电子物料的进料检验标准 （检验作业指导书），完成相应的报表(周/月)；
Set up the electrical component incoming inspection standard (SIP). Complete the quality report (Weekly & Monthly)

3、主导解决生产线有关电子物料的质量问题，分析、改善和跟踪质量问题改善措施；
Responsible for the production line quality problem of electrical components, analyze, improve and track the corrective actions.

4、定期协同其他部门处理不合格品包括进料不合格品以及生产线不合格品；
Deal with non-conforming material termly, including incoming and process.

5、总结产品质量问题并推动相关部门及时解决；
Summarize the quality matters of the products and push relative departments to solve the problems in time.

6、完成上级委派的其他任务。
Other tasks assigned by the superiors.


要求：
1、有2年以上供应商质量管理工作经验。
Have more than 2 years of supplier quality management working experience.

2、具备一定的识图能力，熟练操作各种常用测量器具，能根据图纸要求选择合适的测量方法。
Have ability to understand engineering drawing. Be familiar with common measurement equipment and choose the proper way to evaluate the product quality according to drawing requirement.

3、具有相关电子物料（诸如线路控制板、电线、变压器和电动马达）的质量控制经验，熟悉相关制程。
Be familiar with the quality control for electrical components (Such as PCB, Cable, Transformer and Electrical Motor) and related procedures.

4、良好的沟通技巧和协调能力；能熟练使用办公软件；有较强的发现质量问题和解决质量问题的能力。
Good communication skills and coordinate ability; Good English communication skill in speaking and writing; Good with office software; Good problem shooting ability.

5、工作稳重细心,有较强的责任心，有团队意识及敬业精神
