PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1) Provide secretarial duties to General Manager,e.g. management of calendar, arrange for meetings, travel arrangements, expense claims, courier service etc.;

2) Provide administrative support to office Manager, e.g.organizing workshop/meetings/gatherings,update ADM file;

3) Assist office manager for other routine tasks.

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

1) Proficiency in written and spoken English;

2) Prior secretarial experience is a must;

3) Proficient in MS Outlook, Powerpoint, Word, Excel, SAP.

Job Location: Taicang
(8 shuttle buses are offered to commute from Shanghai/Suzhou to Taicang every day.)
