职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. To execute sales strategies and to meet revenues target through active sales acquisition;
2. To increase company exposure through regular Client meeting and public seminar / exhibition;
3. To maintain existing Clients and to aggressively develop the Company’s client base;
4. To prepare and implement account development plan to enhance customer relationship so as to increase their business potential;
5. To conduct sales calls, prepare presentations and proposals;
6. To determine and prepare pricing, sales bids format;
7. To establish a network of customers;
8. To facilitate project implementation as well as sales related activities in a collaborative manner;
9. To maintain records of potential sales leads and communicate to the management team through accurate and regular updating of sales pipeline report;
10. To participate newly launched project performance review during the trial stage upon requirement
Requirements:
1. Degree holder with 2 years’ experience in sales and / or account servicing environment;
2. Fluent in written and verbal Mandarin and English;
3. Proficiency in other language such as Korean, Japanese, Cantonese is a plus;
4. Proven accomplishment in handling domestic and international corporate account and performing BDAS duty;
5. Possess good business connection network in PRC business community, particularly in at least one of the following industries: Finance, Insurance, e-Commerce, TV Shopping, Transportation, IT, State - Operated Enterprise;
6. Accomplishment in providing customized sales solutions in an outsource environment or in consultancy, customer service and telemarketing fields;
7. Knowledge and experience in eCRM and call centre industry a definite advantage。
