Position Description:
1. Problem determination: Isolate the problem to function component via log analysis, problem replication and experiment
2. Root cause: Focus on the MFG and field customer issues, and find out the root cause (involving vendors if necessary).
3. Short term Solution: Understand the customer and MFG issues. Give the short term solution for the customer or MFG as soon as possible.
4. Long term Solution: Evaluate the impact to other customers and MFG. Make a solid plan to fix this defect on whole product line and push function team to implement it on time.
5. Continuous Improvement: Lead the investigation to provide a lesson learned to prevent repeat issues..

Position Requirements:
1. At least 3 years server quality or development experience in IT Company.
2. Familiar with server architecture with extensive knowledge of RAID and VMWare
3. Rich experience on server debug and leading complex issue analysis; strong problem solving skills as well as analytical abilities to unravel complex issues in a diverse environment of systems from multiple vendors and then quickly develop a solution for the customer.
4. Fluently English communication skill with internal team and external vendor.
5. Experience with Lenovo problem tracking system(Salesforce or Retain) will be a plus.
6. Bachelor degree or higher in computer science or engineering.
7. Eager to learn, explore new technologies, have innovative spirit.
