Position Description:
Main Responsibility:
` Quality owner in product lifecycle. Take quick response on quality issue and drive the problem solving.
• Regular review the quality KPI, take continuous improvement action.
• Find system problem and provide professional improvement solution, include procedure and process improvement.
• Collaborates with relevant organizational units to implement quality solution.
• Setup and optimize process with internal and external partner, and follow up the process implementation.
• Drive /lead quality improvement project and promote quality mindset in supply chain level.


Position Requirements:
Qualification:
• Min Bachelor Degree in any Engineering disciplines.
• At least 5 years working experience in manufactory. IE engineer, process engineer or quality engineer background is preferred.
• Project management experience in manufacture, PMP certification is preferred .
• Good Statistical knowledge with analytical and problem solving skills. 6 sigma GB or BB is preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concept and theories.
• Good PC skills on MS office SW.
• Fluent in both Chinese & English (both in spoken and written).
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Possess good report writing and presentation skills.
• Could Make decision and take risk in change environment.
