Position Description:
1.Provide in-depth technical support to IBM Asia Pacific front office for IBM Pure System related products;
2.Escalate and follow up design issue or defect with Product Field Engineer/Product Engineer until issue got resolved;
3.Lead team to enhance technical/soft skills, to ensure team has the sufficient capability for their work;
4.Influence teammate to solve key issue with in-depth technical skills and knowledge;
5.Critical situation management to achieve customer satisfaction, by leading or cooperating across IBM internal team;
6.Onsite support to fix critical problem at customer site;
7.Analyse field data for problem determination and impact assessment;
8.Provide business data report for management review;


Position Requirements:
1. Familiar with Linux/Windows OS, Networking, Server Technology are preferred;
2. Certification of CCNA, CCNP, RHCE, MCSE/MCDBA etc is preferred;
3. Hardware/software development/technical support background is preferred;
4. Familiar with hardware/software testing tools, debugger is a plus;
5. Proficient in data analysis is a plus;
6. Strong logical thinking and interpretation ability;
7. Excellent presentation/communication/negotiation skills;
8. Proficient in English, both oral and written;
9. Good interpersonal skill and able to lead a team;
10. Ability to manage multiple/complex task under pressure;
11. At least 3 years working experience at IT/ECAT development related field;
12. Accept to travel on demand;
