Position Description:
Roles & responsibilities:
End to end VRD designs, following industrial requirements & lenovo design guidelines, cooperate with ODMs and solution / platform providers.
System power budget estimations according to system configurations, and collaborate with cross functional teams.
Hands on testing of all power rails on mainboard and add-on cards.
Engineering issue debugging and impact assessments.
Project management as sub-system building block owner..
Providing internal trainings and submitting technical patterns as part of KPI.
Power simulation alone with concept designs and technical assessments.
Industrial readiness / solutions survey.


Position Requirements:
Located in Beijing (Not limited to PRC citizen only).
BS (or above) in EE related majors.
VRD power design experiences: 6+ years (dedicated in Server VRD designs at least 1 ~ 2 platforms).
Familiar w/ OrCAD & SimPlus for circuitry designs & simulations.
Experiences in system level power management using industrial index (SpecPower / SERT) for weighting.
Good communications ability in English.
