Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

Work in a global and multi-disciplinary team, design and develop Variable Frequency Drive products for variety of industrial applications. You will be responsible for: • Control software product code design, development, debug, release and maintenance for Medium Voltage Drive system • Integration of control firmware, software, algorithm with power stage for drive systems product • Electronics, firmware and software design for power electronics communication and sensor interfaces • Control algorithm for advanced drive system product, such as advanced modulation, motor drive control, integrated power system/motor/drive control

Qualifications/Requirements

Master degree or above in Embedded Control/Real-time Control Engineering or Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related majors• Deep Experience in some of these fields for embedded system developmento C/C++ programming with OOPo RTOS, include Driver, Build Environment, Thread Managemento Control algorithm for synchronous, induction, PM motorso x86 Architecture or other equivalent 32-bit processor Architectureo FPGA designo Hardware design a plus• Strong experience in software and firmware product code validation and version control• Familiar with communication protocols/standards like TCP/IP, I2C, SPI, UART, etc.• Fluent English verbal communications and written skill• Excellent problem-solving abilities using analytical and logical thinking skills• Ability to work well with cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams and share ideas• Proactive approach to tasks - displays initiative• Flexibility in handling challenging, multi-tasking workload• High curiosity with broad technical interests

Desired Characteristics

• Knowledge of modeling and simulation of power electronics, electric machines and power systems is preferred• Knowledge of Medium Voltage Drive design is preferred• Experience of innovation and publication, IP is preferred
