Role Summary/Purpose

Interface between Product, commercial marketing and engineering to integrate product roadmap requirements. To collaborate on projects with our customers and develop commercial applications. Develop and sustain Reference Sites/ Luminaries´collaborations.

Essential Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities/essential functions include: •Define, design and refine products and services to address customer needs •Develop (clinical) competition intelligence to support the field with counter arguments and selling advantages that can drive value for customers •Plan, conduct and report customer related application projects •Communicate customer feedback to Product Marketing and Engineering teams for pilots and NPIs, transfer (clinical) expertise into product roadmap definition •Establish and maintain close contacts and collaboration with external researchers (directly and through sales organization) to build a network of high profile customers and create or sustain Reference sites •Organize and participate in Clinical Advisory Board meetings to build product roadmap and provide input to engineering •Report data at scientific congresses, customer seminars and internal training events •Ensure high quality training is delivered to the right customer •Develop awareness and familiarity with market trends, government regulatory impact and competitive influences Quality Specific Goals: •Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position. •Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines. •Identify and report any and all customer quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization. •Identify and report any personal quality or compliance concerns immediately to the Quality Organization.

Qualifications/Requirements

•Relevant scientific or clinical degree, or hospital registrations •Highly qualified in clinical applications •At least 10 yrs experience in medical industry; sales experience preferred •Customer contact experience •Good in communication and at presentation skills •Teaching ability: present complex material/ techniques in comprehensible terms, present a professional image •Fluency in English (spoken and written)
