JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Plan, coordinate and manage all aspects of major local and international conferences
? Work with vendor to execute marketing programs and projects
? Build strong relationship with KOLs and key conference organizers; negotiate conference packages and benefits
? A strong team player who can work closely with sales, marketing, finance and other internal departments
? Frequent travel at a few weekend hours is required to lead and coordinate event logistics

REQUIRED:
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, responsibilities and timelines at the same time
- Excellent written and oral skills (Chinese and English); good negotiations and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and detailed oriented
- Energetic, creative, and with some Marcom knowledge
- Good leadership skills and ability to work with multiple teams
- Technical / medical products knowledge is a plus
- University degree
- At least 2 years of relevant experiences in MNC
- 3-5 years of working experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industry
