工作职责：
- 与项目经理一同参加客户的项目简报会；
- 独立翻译问卷；
- 协助进行问卷/研究方案设计；
- 进行项目培训；
- 参加访问员培训、试访和陪访；
- 负责项目运作实施的前期准备工作，包括：
- 项目开号、填写和汇总预算表、申请备案号以在直接上级的指导下准备内部计划书、在直接上级的指导下准备培训后的项目指南；
- 负责项目运做的质量控制；
- 负责核对数据报告的准确性；
- 准备报告图表；
- 在指导下制定码表、检查质控报告；
- 协助准备数据报告表头；
岗位要求：
- 本科或以上学历，统计学、市场营销、心理学等相关专业；
- 具有一年以上定量市场研究经验；
- 喜欢汽车研究方向；
- 优秀的中英文书面和口头表达能力；
- 良好的人际交往和沟通能力；
- 良好的计算机操作能力，熟练使用Execl，PPT等OFFICE 办公软件；
- 思维开阔，积极主动，富有创造性和能够吃苦耐劳；
- 能够适应加班和在压力下工作；
- 做事认真仔细，值得信赖；
