Bare International is looking for recruiter or resource specialist to assist our operation team to deal with the projects. This position has the potential to develop into a resource supervisor position depends on performance and qualification.

Responsibilities:
-Recruit new evaluators in open locations using approved recruitment methods; actively seek new recruitment channels and track success per channel.
-Execute continuous quality control and risk analysis of all selected profiles.
-Detect, track and report possible fraudulent evaluator activity.
-Screen applicant CV's and extended shopper profiles.
-Collect accurate and complete evaluator data and maintain online database.
-Follow up on evaluator education including Bare Basics and all client/project-specific e-learning modules.
-Select appropriate evaluators according to each project's profile requirements.

Requirements:
-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, internet, etc.
-Good command of English.
-Good command of Japanese or Korean is preferred.
-Familiarity with national culture of the assigned region.
-Effective and professional communication skills both verbally and in written form. College-level writing skills required.
-Ability to contribute to a positive team spirit in the workplace and to work effectively with a diverse set of individuals of all backgrounds.
-Ability to deliver under pressure and to solve problems critically and quickly using available resources.
-Ability to accept constructive criticism and strive for personal excellence.
-Graduate preferred
