Position Description:
This is a Business Transformation position for Lenovo Enterprise Business Group under CIO organization.
Focusing on the business transformation and IT system deployments for EBG business including acquired x86 and Lenovo heritage business. The Position will have a coverage on manufacturing and production process and IT solutions, including BOM/MMR/EC Management, and Production Planning, and Shop Floor Control.
Have the responsibility to innovate, deploy, improve, and optimize the EBG buisness process and solutions to support business growth Managing and deploying transformation projects is the key working approach.


Position Requirements:
1. 5+ years work experience in business process management, IT system deployment, and management consulting.
2. Rich experiences in supply chain management, manufacturing and distribution management and process design/deployment.
3. Good experiences in Supply Chain business software e.g. SAP, JDA for ERP, SCM, Planning, manufacturing, MES solutions.
4. Demonstrated success in solving complex business issues and designing and leading broad change programs for impact
5. Has worked in a multi-national or global operating environment, ability to work well in global environment 6. Strong competency in verbal and written communication, in both English and Chinese
7. Working experience in high tech or electric industrial
8. Bachelor degree above, majored in Engineering, Computer science, and/or MBA
9. International study or work experience is a strong plus.
