JOB SUMMARY:
This position is mainly responsible for recruitment and selection, leading certain staffing related projects, coordinating staffing operation and keeping close cooperation with other department as business partner.
Key Result Areas and Job Activities/Tasks:
1. Recruitment & Selection.
·Handle open position from the initial request to final offer with high efficiency, incl. job request, job posting, CV screening, interview, background check, offer negotiation and onboard coordination.
·Conduct the interview procedure effectively and efficiently, and be skillful in recruitment communication both internally and externally.
·Provide suggestion to business departments for decision making.
2. Staffing daily operation and internal communication.
·Be partner and keep close relationship with business departments.
·Coordinate all staffing operation procedure in daily use.
3. Project Coordination.
·Lead or provide support on certain HR staffing projects initiated by HR. For example, campus recruitment, recruitment project, staffing system etc.
·Coordinate HR projects, both internally and externally, with vendors, agencies or internal other business departments.
Qualifications:
1, University graduates with professional HR knowledge.
2, Minimum 5 years recruitment working experience.
3, Functional Ability:
·Integrity.
·Good interpersonal skills.
·Excellent planning and organizing skill.
·Good judgment.
·Strong sense of responsibilities.
·A good team member.
4, Good Chinese and English communication skills, both in oral and written.
5, Excellent computer skills.
