职位描述
Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment channal and conduct recruitment activities in Region East;
Assist line mgr to closely communicate with key stake holders and ensure all aspects of HR implementation align with proper procedures;
Setup & Modify HR staffing documentation and HR process align with company compliance and regulation;
Work with HR Operation team to ensure the maintenance, accuracy and integrity of employee data is reflected in the HR system, provide appropriate reports and analysis to line mgr as required;
other tasks asgin by HR Dirctor
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Human Resource or related major;
3~6 years working experience in MNC and testing & certifcation industry experience will be a plus;
Independently recruitment experience is a must;
Team work player with good communication and inter personal skills;
High energy level with strong customer service mind set & can-do attitude, work under pressure;
Knowledge of Chinese labor law;
Good Excel/PPT skills;
Good English in both oral and written
