Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

• Responsible for SAVIC customer co-ordination • Produce/co-ordinate Project Reporting requirements • Effectively communicate technical and financial aspects of your activities • Proactively coach and share technical knowledge with others in the team, including facilitation of training and meetings • Managing local team infrastructure needs • Action tracking/Database management (e.g. Windchill) • Translation where required (Fluent in Mandarin and English) • Management of Customer issues log • Support to visiting Cheltenham Engineering Project Team as required • Develop appropriate customer relationships and expand capabilities with the customer. • Manage elements of the Statement of Work with Customer for Transfer Projects. • Participate in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. • Assists with the preparation of proposals, proposal work statement, budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. • Proactively identify Project problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications • Be able to interact and motivate a multi-cultural team, and communicate clearly to a management team in the UK.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or similar level of knowledge and experience.• Demonstrable experience in program/project management in avionics development and life-cycle management programs for aviation platforms• Experienced at international Engineering collaboration projects
