Location: Qingpu,Shanghai

Responsibilities:
- Analyze field reports about failed packaging, cleaning and sanitary equipment/parts, and communicate with equipment supplier for solutions, tech tips and then translate and distribute the same to China technicians
- Communicate with foreign and domestic equipment suppliers for other technical issues
- Work with technicians in the filed from time to time (about 30% of total work time), to understand more technical issues of equipment
- Compile technical training materials for equipment models he/she covers
- Train technicians, to enable them to clean, refurbish, test, and pack 2nd hand equipment
- Prepare lists of spare parts to be used for refurbishment, and for all field equipment
- Supervise technicians in the refurbishment workshop
- Prepare working procedures for all refurbishment-related works
- Provide technical support, as a backup, when needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree majored in mechanical/electrical.
- At least 5 years of experience in servicing various equipment.
- Be energetic, self-motivated and creative in problem solving.
- Good command of English in reading and writing (such as emails).
