Key Responsibility:

1.Responsible for the effective and reliable operations of accounting activities following local and the group standards.
2.Monthly inventory randomly check; Assist mid-year& year-end fully stocktaking
3.Assist spare parts management in plant
4.Attend the management team meeting and work with other departments to follow up & resolve the financial related pending issues
5.Prepare tax and other finance relating GL forms
6.Monitor inventory physical write-off in plant
7.Prepares monthly management reporting and advice for local management team.
8.Ensures to support all activities surrounding the annual audit performed by some appointed statutory auditors.
9.Plant AOP(budget) prepare/rolling/control/analysis, prepare plant monthly cash flow and rolling once a week.
10.Other assignment by plant manager and OU financial manager

Requsted Skill:
1.Good Excel spreadsheet and PC skill, Reporting experience is a plus.
2.SAP experience and/or other ERP systems experience a plus
3.Self-motivated, initiative and able to work under pressure
4.Good team player and interpersonal skill
5.Good command of English , both in reading and written
6.Understand the manufacturing process and willing to work in plant.
