Position Description:
The Lenovo Services BT/IT organization is responsible for the end to end strategy, architecture, and design of Lenovo’s Services IT platform. This platform supports the Lenovo Services process end to end, including service parts management, service delivery, Vendor Management, reporting, and financial accounting, recognition, and payment. Lenovo Services BT/IT is a global organization with leadership and team members located in Beijing China and Morrisville, NC USA.

This position will have the primary responsibility for interfacing between the Lenovo Services parts business/operations teams and Lenovo Services IT. Candidate will be supporting worldwide and regional transformation projects supporting Lenovo Services BT/IT and process solution changes. The successful candidate will have business process expertise with SAP skills and Service industry experience. The candidate must be a quick learner to catch up a lot of skills during the project implementation. Excellent communication, comprehension skills are also expected. As a member of the Service Business Transformation and IT organization the successful candidate will work closely with the WW and regional teams to:
- Understand the daily business execution/operations in service parts supplier chain
- Help define and improve business process/execution
-understand SAP security and authorization concept.
-understand the life cycle of project management and define test script based on business requirement and guide business to complete the system testing timely.

An ideal candidate will have past experience within a supplier chain operation and familiarity with Service parts forward and reverse processes and supporting systems. Past/present experience within SAP implementation will be a plus.

Position Requirements:
• Quick Learner
• Experience in regional or global I/T projects
• Understanding of SAP or supplier chain management systems
• • 2+ years experience in business transformation and/or IT
• • 2+ years experience in supplier chain management
• Experience in security and authorization management in SAP.
• Listen ,speak, read English fluently
