Responsibilities,
1. This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining a capable supply ase in China.
2. Sourcing decisions should be efficient to the company.
3. Coordinate with the global buyers on the specific requirements and opportunities.
4. Regularly review suppliers' performance jointly with QC/Technical and logistic department.
5. Ensure all data administration in regard to procrement database is on time and accurate.
6. Provide the Global Procurement team with a well-rounded industry knowledge in China for the commodities assigned.
7. This position is responsible for sourcing of all RM and NPR (include CAPEX).

Requirements,
1. Education: Degree in Chemistry.
2. Experience: Min 5 years in sourcing and procurement function in Chemical industry. Exposure to commodities like pigment, solvent, resin and polymer is an advantage. Experience in LCCS preferred.
3. The individual must have good inter-personal skills. He/she must be a self-starter able to work without close supervision.
4. A team player and comfortable with both Chinese & English as working language.
