职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Keep regular communication to maintain the relationship with client, in charge of the revenue and Loss target;
保持与客户定期沟通,维护良好的客户关系,完成目标收入和实现利润最大化 ;
2. Understand daily client requirement and brief to internal operations and fulfillment team, take charge of internal resource organizing to meet clients' request;
准确把握与引导客户需求,并将信息对项目执行人员进行有效传达,帮助项目准确有效达成客户需求;
3. Responsible for business consulting on CRM strategy, database mgmt, and more business oriented;
负责制定CRM咨询战略,管理数据库信息以支持战略方向;
4. Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business;
负责挖掘客户的潜在需求,并促成新业务;
5. Clear business plans for all current and potential business;
根据客户需求制定明确的服务目标和实施方案;
6. Interact regularly with operation management and develop cooperative working relationships with operational staff to ensure the customer's needs are met;
负责与运营团队进行定期沟通,并协调项目进程及安排以保证客户满意度;
7. Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards;
在确保公司收益的同时提高客户满意度;
8. Deliver periodically project review to client;
定期向客户提交项目运营报告;
Requirement:
1. Minimum 3 years experiences and successful track record in a direct / loyalty CRM agency;
三年以上工作经验和成功的CRM实施管理经验;
2. Significant client/agency experience in running successful and profitable loyalty initiatives, experience;
具有为重要客户设计合理的外包运营计划和方案的经验;
3. Solid people and relationship management and development experience, working with both clearly defined and structured organization and more organic, 1 to 1 organizational relationships;
具备优秀的人际关系管理和发展经验,工作中能够适应结构化、系统化的组织架构,特别是一对一的组织结构模式;
4. Aptitude and enthusiasm for business development experience with demonstrable experience in landing major clients and projects;
具有专业的重点客户管理经验以及较强的业务拓展能力;
5. Proven ability to develop and maintain clear business processes and practices which facilitate accurate and quality delivery of services;
具备开发及、维护及实践各种工作流程的能力,以促进各部门能提供优质、精确的服务
6. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, articulate and able to convincingly present complex ideas and concepts in verbal and written form;
英语听说读写流利,良好的口头及书面表达能力;
