Reporting to: Package Artwork Project Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY:

The Package Artwork Project Specialist will be responsible for implementing product artwork renewal, design and coordinating approval cycle for China in-line and new products. He/She will partner with local regulatory and business colleagues in ensuring every artwork request is processed within the set timeframes, is conducted to the highest standards of quality, in accordance with local and international regulatory requirements and Company Standard Operating Procedures.

KEY RESULT AREAS & JOB ACTIVITIES /TASKS:

1. Package Artwork Planning, Execution and delivery

- Coordinate artwork renew and design for in-line & new products, ensure every artwork request delivered in the set timeframe and with highest standards of quality

- Coordinate China Artwork Approval Process, following up the artwork cycle approval in ePLAMs till finalization, ensure every artwork request operates smoothly along the process within set timeframes

- Artwork Proofreading make sure the artwork output 100% accurate with local regulatory approval.

- Work & communicate closely with China registration and global manufacturing colleagues in ensuring high quality artwork output

- Work closely with China Function teams in ensuring alignment with commercial goals

- Evaluate and manage external artwork vendors

- Refine China Artwork Process, closely work with internal stakeholders to continuously improve the process, maximize the efficiency, and increase quality

2. Responsibilities to Artwork Team

- Documentation and access maintenance including artwork files, tracking log, shared drive access, Alert meeting report and etc.

- Quarterly vender PO preparation and monthly payment management and project control.

- Artwork case data metrics analyses

- Guide for new intern enrollment and orientation training

- Support ePALMs use and new user training

- Artwork finalization announcement to cross function team

BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience in leading and working with cross functional project teams in or outside Pfizer. Track record of promoting collaborative high performance work Environment.

- Record of achievement and delivery for personal and team goals

- Demonstrated results in creating and managing complex program plans, including experience in budgetary management and fiscal awareness.

- Background in business or medical/pharmaceutical or other industry with some project management experience.

- Other backgrounds will be considered also.
