职位描述

As a Lean Coach – ManRev, you will play a key role in supporting the Lean Master Coach with a primary responsibility in driving gemba-focused lean initiatives/activities at designated factories.

If you’re the one, here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

Internal Support (Liaison Office) ~20%
? Be an effective, interactive member of the Nike Liaison Office Lean team.
? Work with the Lean Master Coach to support the implementation of a country specific lean manufacturing strategy and implementation plan.
? Collaborate laterally with internal key business functions such as SM&S, Engineering Operations, Product Operations, Supply Planning, etc. to drive operational excellence.

Factory Facing Implementation (Manufacturing Partners) ~80%
? Engage with the relevant factory teams to understand their specific tactical plans. Work with these teams to ensure Lean is leveraged as a key enabler for business performance, and that progress is measured and tracked appropriately.
? Coach factory functional leaders and their teams to elevate their lean capabilities by embedding Lean thinking and driving tangible business results.
? Provide support to cross functional teams to achieve specific, tangible results in the path of work.
? Ensure that factory partners are making accurate, visible Lean data available that support the tracking of their (Lean) performance against specific business metrics
? Be responsible for sharing and deploying best practices.
? Collaborate with IE team to identify new optimization opportunities through data analysis on the Gemba.

Stakeholder Engagement:
? Demonstrate the ability to work in a highly complex matrix environment with both internal and external stakeholders.
? Has experience and influencing skills to collaborate with external manufacturing partners to achieve a win-win outcome.
? Maintain cross-functional alignment within the NLO.
? Be able to work with ambiguity and limited structure at times.


Qualifications:
The candidate must have a fundamental, working level knowledge of lean concepts, principles and tools. In addition, the candidate will possess a personal portfolio of relevant lean tools, techniques, and applications in both operational and non-operational environments. Candidate should be able to demonstrate the effective application of Lean methodology at the gemba through personal stories and examples.
Preferably, the candidate has experience in an environment where lean & automation go hand in hand (3P, Jidoka,…)

Experience:
? Minimum 4 years of practical lean experience leading, influencing and executing Lean plans at the gemba.
? Demonstrated and proven ability to lead change effectively across a wide range of cultures and functional management teams.
? Lean systems education will have been received from a reputable source such as TSSC (Toyota Supplier Support Center), Shingijutsu Consulting, Danaher, or other reputable companies that have the recognition for being successfully operating a Lean enterprise.
? Implementation experience of following techniques (but not limited) is required: 3P, Jidoka, A3 thinking, VSM, Kaizen (motion, machine, etc.), SMED, Cellular Manufacturing, TPM.
? In addition, exposure to the following concepts is preferred: Hoshin, System Design, and Lean Management Systems.

Education:
? Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
? Master’s in Business or a related technical field is preferred.
? Additional professional experience within business, engineering, and/or supply chain is a plus.

Attributes/Skills:
? Strong influencing skills with the ability to motivate and influence others. Willingness & ability to lead by example and to take up responsibility to achieve business results.
? Having the ability to communicate from leadership level all the way down to the gemba.
? Flexible to accommodate travel (domestic & international) – up to 10% (to be updated country/engine).
