The Person :
1.Initiate and execute corporate communications and investor relations strategy in support of the Company's business objectives
2.Design and execute an active IR program to deliver the company's key messages to the finance community, including road shows, face to face interviews, analyst meeting and etc.
3.Research and investigate the impact of global economic changes and industry development trend on our company's capital market performance and make appropriate recommendations
4.Build and maintain good relationship with the media, investors (including fund managers and investment banks) and equity analysts to promote company business to institutional investors
5.Analyze the characteristics and needs of our investors and their view on the Company
6.Prepare and update communications materials including corporate profile, web communications materials, earning releases and press releases


Requirements :

1.Degree holder in Business Administration / Communications / Finance or related disciplines
2.CFA is highly preferred
3.At least 5 years’ relevant experience in the field of financial public relations
4.Strong analytical mind, arithmetic skill and business acumen
5.Excellent interpersonal skills and connection with the media & PR agencies is a must
6.Good command of English and Mandarin
7.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular, PowerPoint
