Job Description:
1.Customer relationship. Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate division goals.
2.Directs sales forecasting activities and sets up performance goals accordingly.
3.Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules and new quotas .
4.Sales training and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program.
5.Meets with key clients, assisting other sales teams with maintaining relations and negotiating and closing goals.
6. New project develop and management.
7.Commerical management.

Qualification:
1. University degree in Mechanical or relative majors.
2. Above 8 years experience in the field of automotive parts relative sales or BD experience, in cooperation with a muti-national company is preferred.
3. Open minded, smart thinker, optimism, strong enterprise and wish to be successful.
4. Hard worker, strong responsibility, a team player.
5. Excellent communicating skill.
6. Could communicate in English both speaking and writing
