职位描述

工作内容:
Main Accountabilities:
? Be responsible for commodity supplier quality management, delivery performance management and support cost reduction and on time
? Drive suppliers’ continuous improvement programs.
? Supplier quality system and process audit.
? Monitor supplier's APQP.
? Supplier development.
? Maintain and optimize China Supplier Panel
? Best Cost Country project execution
? Evaluate, establish and develop reliable suppliers for quality, service, price for global and national business
? Administer corporate and departmental procedures, required documentation and files.
? Maintain effective relations with peers, colleagues and management.
? Implement Entry of New Supplier process.
? Coordinate resolution of supplier quality problems.
? Serve as the focal liaison between manufacturing and the supplier

职位要求:
Qualification Requirement

? Supplier quality management experience in automotive industry TIER1
? College degree with a major in engineering or equivalent. Desirable course work would include probability and / or statistics
? Minimum of 3 year of experience in manufacturing , quality or engineering
? Proficient in print reading and interpretation and part measurement
? Demonstrated knowledge of geometric Dimension and tolerance and gage design and function
? Demonstrated knowledge of probability, statistical quality control and design of experiment
? Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing and assembly plant processes, procedures, facilities and equipment
? Proficient oral & written English skills, Prefer understand Japanese/ German
? Knowledge of corporate and division supplier quality standards, policies and procedures
? Demonstrated ability to investigate quality problems and to apply sound technical judgment to develop possible solutions
