职位描述

岗位职责 Job Description
1、Give Customer training on steel product and process
为客户提供钢铁产品以及工艺流程方面的培训
2、 Promote offer
促进供给
3、Manage Homologation process:
认证过程管理
1)Provide customers the elements they require, which could consist of official certifications, material data, specific tests & samples or trial coils
根据客户要求提供相关资料,包括官方认证、数据材料、测试数据以及样品或样卷
2)Make sure the conformity before delivery to customers
产品交付给客户前,确保产品符合客户要求
3)Follow-up with the customers to verify fulfillment of customers’ needs
跟进客户以确认是否满足客户的要求
4、 Manage trial and sample
测试及样品管理
5、 Manage technical inquiries:
技术咨询管理
1)Compile as much information as possible according to the requests of customers
根据客户的要求,收集尽可能多的信息
2)Check the feasibility of the requested product with the plant
与工厂沟通确认客户所需要的产品是否能够生产
3)Propose to the customers a technical solution coming from plants that suits their needs
将工厂提出的适合客户需求的技术解决方案提供给客户
4)Once an inquiry becomes an order, a protocol should be generated to technically define the order.
客户下单后,根据技术要求制定产品生产方案
6、Manage Cost saving activities with relation to customer
管理与客户相关的降成本活动
7、Handling of quality concession
处理质量让步
1)When material blocked by customer for quality reason, CTS can negotiate to use partially
如客户因质量问题拒收产品,CTS可与客户沟通协调争取使用部分产品
8、Claim handling:
索赔处理
1)Claim information from customer, get a clear picture of the situation, by means of state of the material, pictures, labels, branding/stamping, customer’s opinion…
处理客户投诉信息,通过产品状态,照片,标签,品牌,客户意见等信息清晰地了解具体情况
2)Prepare the visit at the customer and make assessment & internal decision
拜访客户,并做出相关评估以及内部决策
3)Negotiate with the customer to ensure customer satisfaction, and reduce costs & consequences for both customer & us
与客户进行商议,以确保客户满意度,减少因质量问题对客户以及公司造成的成本影响以及其他不良影响
4)Define corrective actions and ensure a correct follow-up
制定整改方案,合理跟踪整改工作

任职资格 Requirement
1、Language skills: Mandarin, English
语言:普通话、英语
2、Computer Skill: MS Office applications (Excel is of high importance)
计算机技能:MS 办公软件(Excel 尤为重要)
3、Good communication skills and teamwork spirits
良好的沟通技能与团队合作精神
4、Base knowledge of commercial indicators
对商业指标有基础的认识
5、Proficient knowledge of steel and steelmaking process
熟悉钢材以及炼钢的流程
6、Innovation spirits and creative problem solving skills
