职位描述

Major Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute brand/market communications strategies, plans and metrics that enhance brand awareness, relevancy and loyalty.
2. Work collaboratively with business units, divisions, sales companies and GAMs in a matrix organization to translate strategic objectives into market-specific go-to-market programs.
3. Manage all aspects of relevant brand plans to deliver on-time and on-budget results. Ensure agency resources are delivering best in class communications in a cost and time efficient manner.
4. Remain up-to-date with changes in industry standards and technology that affect communications and implement best marketing practices.
5. Provide strategic consulting services, disseminate information and provide training for internal and agency audiences on communications tools, industry trends and notable advancements in relevant technologies.
6. Develop and execute compelling client-facing collateral such as brochures, case studies, advertisement, web site content and white papers.
7. Drive key analyses for marketing programs/promotions and campaign performance.
8. Work with corporate communications, global branding, legal and regulatory to ensure compliance with corporate standards and guidelines.
9. Serve as marketing communications expert and resource. Execute work assignments for EMG AP which may include cross-functional or project team responsibilities.

Qualification and Experience

1. Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline with 5+ years of proven marketing communications experience.
2. Familiar with traditional, digital and social media marketing processes and practices.
3. Experience in global MNC environment and good understanding of Seal industry in AP is an advantage.
4. Experience in translating objectives and strategies to marketing plans.
5. Excellent presentation, strong negotiation, innovative mindset and project management skills.
6. Demonstrated ability to handle tasks and assignments simultaneously to deadlines and priorities.
7. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
8. Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
