职位描述
Main purpose:
Sales & Strategy, Distribution, Product Portfolio, Competitors, Pricing, New products, Applications, Academies
Key responsibilities:
1. To lead development and positioning of all products in China market; to ensure that clients understand the strategic offering, develop synergies and to maximize sales opportunities
2. Play the lead role in business development activities; leading key sales and ensuring best foot forward; networking and developing B2B relationships and client alliances, supporting client development; ensuring key client account activities are undertaken
3. To drive financial performance of all product team, to achieve set budgets and targets in terms of profitable growth and market share increase in China
4. Build up product portfolio and actively introduce new products to China market
5. Competitors analysis and pricing strategies figure out
6. To lead coaching and mentoring of the sales teams; undertake succession planning; identify rising stars and ensure they are developed; undertake key strategic hires to support development
7. To ensure effective organizational structure and operation of sales organization
Quality Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Food science / Sales/Commercial or related major
2. Good marketing and sales knowledge, successful sales and new business development track record for food products in China and overseas food market
3. Deep understanding of Chinese food markets and Chinese food industries. Understanding of the rest of Asian food markets and food industries is preferred
4. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
5. Strong leadership skills
6. Demonstrated strategic thinking as well as execution
7. Aggressive in challenging market, result-oriented, self-motivated.
8. Fluent in English.
