职位描述

Responsibilities:

1. Elaborate and implement the sales strategy for the assigned OEM customers in whole Chinese region;
2. Maintain accounts plans of each customer location that clearly identify and acquire business potential, short and mid-term opportunities and competitive landscape;
3. Provide sales projection to the sales planning department and review the sales projection of all related plants in China
4. Develop new business according the company’s Product Development Process (PDP) process; define commercial conditions; prepare quotations, deal and negotiate with customer
5. Report account business trends and changes to Sales manager BU1 and Head of the regional Sales team;
6. Cooperate with Technical center in the research and development of new or special applications required by the customers;
7. Cooperate with business units and plants in terms of technical, quality, commercial and logistic issues of the products supplied to customer;
8. Coordinate the sales activities with the globe key account team: internal price definition,
9. Project leader in acquisition phase and certain cases complete project phase according to the company’s PDP. Coordination of new projects, global sourcing activities and product modifications by regular project team meetings and tracking the projects with required tools.

Qualification Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering, MBA is preferred.
2. 5 years or above auto industry experience.
3. Experience with customer VW in China is a plus
4. Piston System, Cylinder Components, Valve Train Systems, Air Management Systems, Fluid Management Systems, the company Power train, Engine Technology, Relevant Quality Regulations
5. Contract Law
6. PC Skills (MS-Office, Lotus Notes)
7. Good written and oral English skill, German language as the second foreign language is plus.
