Scope of Job: A brief description of your role as a general
The job holder plays the sales planning role in the sales function to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of company sales plan, supports sales team, BU and top management by carrying out sales guidelines and business processes.
Main Accountabilities: A specific description of your main weekly/monthly/yearly responsibilities, please not this is not your concrete annual target or objectives.
1. Lead the sales planning activities and coordinate with BU to achieve common targets, including FC1, FC2, Budget and Strategic Sales Plan
2. Sales activities report (weekly report, YTD report, highlights, SOF reporting, KPI, Rolling Forecast, ROS, etc.)
3. Organize PAC and sales relevant review activities with BU/plants (interface to BU functional team), be familiar with all on going new acquisitions
4. Provide consultancy to management for any outstanding changes in the projects and planning figures
5. Key Account Support (individual reports, customer book, etc.)
6. Be familiar with sales guidelines and sales processes
7. Support sales IT tools implementation ( SOF, MASIS, (MASAP), PLM , etc.) if needed
8. Support sales controlling team if needed
9. Support marketing and corporate communication activities if needed
Qualification Requirement
1. Bachelor degree and 3-5 years experiences
2. Product Knowledge for Thermal Management System, knowledge of Project Management, Business Management
3. Business Intelligence Analysis
4. Market Intelligence Analysis
5. Contract Law
6. Communication Skill
7. Presentation/Moderation
8. Goal-orientated working style
9. Team working
10. Culture competence
11. PC Skills (MS-Office, Lotus Notes)
12. Good written and oral English skill
