职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. To manage a workforce of 30, including production, logistic and quality
2. To ensure production output of good quality with on time delivery
3. To ensure production is of good efficiency that meets corporate KPIs
4. To ensure good housekeeping and high safety standard
5. To ensure good inventory turns
6. To liaise with all related departments, like finance, sales, human resource, engineering, regional team etc, such that the operation is running with high standard of integrity
7. To liaise with Regional Quality team to achieve TS certification
Requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university
2. 5 years of related experience or training
3. Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
4. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community
5. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors
6. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
7. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
8. Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
9. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
10. Strong relationship, management and communication skills
11. Proactive, innovative, highly self-motivated with positive attitude
12. Experience in using ERP system, preferably familiar with JDE system
13. Good reference from last employer
