To provide commercial and administrative support in accordance with corporate policies, guidelines and strategies.
Develop proposal response outlines and timelines.
Facilitate communications between technical, commercial, sales/marketing personnel involved in the proposal in order to ensure that all specified processes are adhered to and all directives complied with when preparing proposals/tenders.

Mai rule:
- Provide regular daily/weekly/monthly reports to management for business performance tracking or decision making;
- Be responsible for performance variance analysis between budgets, actual and forecast;
- Assistant for business review and yearly budget for orders, sales and margin;
- Collecting information from different data sources, ensuring data integrity;
- Develop strategies to maximum IT automation, creating and maintaining databases for data analysis;
- Coordinate different department to work on business process improvement. Set up a reasonable system for internal operation and improve business process to ensure an efficient information flow;
- Providing ad-hoc data & analysis.
REQUIREMENT PROFILE:
(Qualification/ Knowledge and Skills Required)
- Bachelor's Degree is a MUST, prefer in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline;
- Minimum 7 years related working experience;
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Package (especially Microsoft Excel, building complex formulas and databases);
- Demonstrated data management and analytical/mathematical capabilities as role involves management of significant amounts of data;
- Have the ability to produce clear and concise reports;
- Flexible but effective time manager who is able to prioritize responsibilities so that all deadlines are met.
