职位描述
MISSION
To lead market projects for launches (to include line extensions, imports, off-take, process changes and adaptations, design systems, tools & methods) in conformity with the orientations and objectives of the project owner and the steering committee in accordance with the principles of Michelin project management (DPCM).
MAIN ACTIVITIES
Manage project planning and execution
? Manage the project in accordance with Michelin Project Approach (organization, phases, milestones, deliverables).
? Structure the project (phases, sub-projects, affaires).
? Build project scenarios
? Establish and manage the project plan and supporting documents
? Prepare passage of the milestones
? Manage changes within the project
Manage project scope
? Ensure that the CdC requirements are defined (initial at G0, negotiated by G1 and contractual at G2).
? To ensure the feasibility of the project.
? Manage evolutions in the CdC and scope
? Take responsibility for the attainment of the project objectives
? Identify any difficulties (technical, cost, delay, …) during all the phases of the project and formulate recommendations for the Steering Committee
Manage project schedule
? Create and manage the project scenarios
? Structure the project to take into account all dependent subprojects or Affaires
? Identify activities and estimate their duration.
? Track actual time
Manage project costs
? Estimate costs.
? Obtain funding from Project Owner and assure that the investments are included in the PA and J1.
? Apply and manage the financial analysis models in accordance with UOT and LP objectives
? Track expenditures.
Manage project quality
? To achieve and maintain the quality plan of project.
Manage project communications
? Establish the internal project communication plan.
? Throughout project, communicate and negotiate with Project Owner, Project Steering Committee, customers, project team members and others.
? Manage the project documentation.
? Organize meetings to summarize the key stages and passage of milestones, write and communicate the corresponding documentation
Manage project risks
? Identify project risks and plans for mitigation.
? Establish risk management plan and update throughout project.
Manage project impacts
? Identify project impacts.
? Establish change management strategy (process re-engineering, training).
Key Qualities Required
- Good general competencies, especially Initiative and Communication. Since it is a tranverse management position
- Managing a Team is also a key competency.
- Needs strong spoken and written international English ability in order to work with colleagues in China, Bangkok, India, and France.
- Minimum school level or equivalent experience: Bachelor of Science
