Accountability
The Senior Quality Assurance is accountable to:
? Motivate, support & educate the team in accordance with company goals
? Establish method and routine follow up in the team

Main Responsibilities
Quality Assurance Routines
? Close communication with GPQM/PQM to organize and lead the team to be able to secure all products meeting our requirements including packaging
? Create a testing protocol and quality requirement of packaging(bottles/tubes/caps/pumps/compacts) and product to drive our product performance
? Secure the Quality team good cooperation with all relevant Production teams to proactively foresee quality problems and find solutions as early as possible in the process
? Evaluate current quality problems/stopped order /customer claims and how to avoid in future
? Working with Production teams to identify and manage quality projects and investigations

Cooperation with Production teams & Buying Office
? Ensure all Production teams is kept updated about new standards, requirement & restrictions
? Support sourcing team to evaluate new suppliers, and perform quality audit when necessary
? Evaluate the suppliers’ performance with Production teams, Product Manager and agree action plans
? Cooperation with Global Product Compliance Department and other Production teams to keep close dialogue about routines, testing methods and equipment

Cooperation with External Parties (H&M Suppliers, LAB etc.)
? Educate directly with the suppliers for any update on HM quality/chemical requirement
? Monitor the performance, lead time and price of external labs
? Secure important suppliers operate quality assurance in line with H&M methods

Education and Experience requirements
A) Education
? Preferably degree in Quality management or equivalent education
? Preferably chemical education background
B) Work experience
? At least 5 years of experience in cosmetics field
? Preferably experience from similar position in supplier or sourcing office.

Knowledge and Skills requirements
? Good command of English
? Good command of Microsoft applications
? Fluent in written & spoken English
